Founder

I have always been a writer at heart. In elementary school I wrote a story about a hamster and my grandmother cut up a dress box and used curling ribbon to bind it into a book. That set the wheels in motion. After earning a B.S. in Communications (News/Ed) from the University of Tennessee, I embarked on a writing career that would take me from the Knoxville News-Sentinel to Women's Wear Daily in NYC and back. In 2005, I evolved my writing career and branched into marketing when I joined the mixed-use development team at Southern Land Company.

There, I worked on everything from logos and branding to movie making and shooting people out of cannons. (true story!) I have since worked in marketing and publicity in the music industry, the health and fitness world and in healthcare, where I oversaw a 4-person in-house team that created and executed all of the messaging and branding for a regional medical center. Now I am a free agent. Whether it's just content you need or an over-arching strategy, I would love to be a part of your marketing and content team.
